We are looking for a service oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our global IT support team. You would be joining a team of individuals responsible for supporting and providing technical support and services to Controlant’s employees and offices globally, stationed in Wroclaw, Poland.
What are the responsibilities?
- Support of our global of employees in daily IT tasks.
- Management of workstations and IT support.
- Basic management of known cloud services
- Setup of new IT hardware for employees
- Management of IT hardware in offices
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software.
What are the qualifications?
- Customer-service oriented thinking with a solid “can do” attitude.
- Used to working in a ITSM ticketing system.
- Proven working experience as IT support or related positions
- Hands-on experience with Windows and MacOS management.
- Experience or knowledge of M365 is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of technical support and of end-user computer hardware/software systems.
- Experience with operations and support of SaaS solutions for end-users.
- Experience of working in a regulated environment is a plus.
