About project
The Senior Fullstack Developer will lead the development of web applications using Python (Django) and Next.JS, ensuring they are scalable and well-documented. This role involves working closely with product managers and other teams, exploring new technologies, mentoring junior developers, and participating in system design and code reviews to create reliable and efficient software.
Tasks
- Lead the development of web applications using Python and Next.JS, ensuring they are scalable and well-documented.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Explore and integrate new technologies to improve development efficiency and application performance.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing code reviews and technical advice.
- Participate in system design and architecture discussions, contributing to the creation of robust and scalable solutions.
- Conduct performance optimization and troubleshooting to ensure applications run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- A Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Leadership competencies
- High ethical standards, empowering team members, promoting collaboration, openness to innovation, and commitment to continuous improvement, ability to guide cross-func-tional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Extensive experience with Python and Next.JS, front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript) and back-end development. Knowledge of web architecture (Django, FastAPI), cloud platform (GCP), and contain-erization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure as code (Terraform). Ability to write clean, maintainable code.
